Position Responsibilities
- Provide HR support for the Merchandising department, including recruitment, people development and org chart management.
- Create and execute effective recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate with managers to identify hiring and talent needs.
- Manage and maintain the department's training and development programs.
- Organize annual employee performance review process.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
- 5+ years of related HR experience.
- Additional business experience outside of HR highly preferred.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills.
