Position Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of Uline's Credit group.
  • Manage a team of Credit Team Leads and Credit Analysts.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Help establish credit limits on customer accounts.
  • Handle special credit arrangements and deviations from standard payment terms.
  • Assist in monitoring the A/R portfolio, specifically as it relates to companies with multiple accounts.
  • Help develop and implement innovative credit procedures to maximize cash flow, minimize losses and evaluate customers’ creditworthiness.
  • Assist in recruiting, retaining and motivating staff.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree. Finance or Accounting majors preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in a supervisory role.
  • 3+ years experience in Credit or Collections.
  • Ability to read and understand Dun & Bradstreet and other credit reports.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • AS400 and SQL experience a plus.
