Position Responsibilities

  • Provide support and troubleshooting to users of Uline’s internal web properties.

  • Document, analyze and assess current business processes and underlying systems / applications.

  • Drive process improvement based off of analytical insights.

  • Facilitate meetings with IT web development prioritizing project backlog.

  • Leverage existing third-party vendors in identifying potential technical improvements and efficiencies.

  • Elicit business requirements from key stakeholders for process improvement.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Web Development team.  

  • Work closely with the User Experience team to create wireframes and prototypes of proposed enhancements.

  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team validating front-end and back-end changes in User Acceptance Testing environments.

  • Prepare analyses and reporting of internal site KPIs to drive operations and support.

  • Assist peer analysts in gathering data-driven insights using various techniques.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.  

  • 2+ years of experience working in agile or waterfall development lifecycles.

  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server or DB2 database management systems a must.

  • Experience with enterprise (CRM, ERP, CMS) applications a plus.

  • Experience with functional and technical requirements.

  • Clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.  

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to quickly shift focus and complete tasks in a timely manner.
