Position Responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop solutions addressing feedback and issues on internal properties.
  • Create development specifications and business requirements for the internal sales site.
  • Roadmap exercises and project prioritization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings to gather and validate requirements.
  • Analyze and map pertinent sales data as it relates to daily operations (appointments, contacts, product, prospecting, etc.).
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Web Development teams to validate web enhancements.
  • Conduct analysis on site analytics.
  • Prepare reports pertaining to internal site operations and support.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years experience, preferably in Salesforce or CRM applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access. Experience in T-SQL a plus.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
